Participants are strongly recommended to register as soon as possible and to do their payments via bank transfer. Details of bank accounts are given here and here (NEW). Exceptionally, registration could be possible at the site of the conference and the payment will be possible at the near-by post office or bank with the details provided at the registration desk.

Write this code down and use it to submit papers for the conference. Confirmation e-mail, together wit your ID code will be sent back to an e-mail address specified in the registration form.
